This wood door cnc machine has the following features:
1. All the electrical and mechanical components are chosen from top international brands. This machine use Japan Servo drive system and Italian spindle.
2. Round type ATC system, tool storage capacity of 8, tool exchanging time only need 8 seconds, Processing speeds is up to 25 m/min.
3. Imported square guide way, double-side four ball slider, smoothly running, accurate engraving
4. New bed structure, control systems from Taiwan, tool storage is installed next to the Z axis or to the beam (optional).
5. Drilling: 7 vertical drills of L-shaped in 2x5 array, distance of two drills is 32mm. One set horizontal drilling in both X and Y axis. with 90 ¡ãturning saws can cutting in X axis or Y axis
6. Any size is available according to customer¡¯s requirements. E.g.: 1500*3000mm, 2000*4000mm and so on.
Application:
Stereo wave board processing, cupboard door, craft wood door, paint-free door, real wood furniture, craft screen processing and also can be used for MDF cutting.
